At the beginning of our activity, the execution of water networks and sewerage was done through the classic method with open digging.
Later, the company was upgraded with high-performance machines simultaneously with the high qualification of our workers, for the execution of water works without digging: horizontal guided drilling and pipe jacking. Techniques without trenches allow passage under obstacles (highways, rivers, railways) without major disruption.
If 20 years ago these less invasive methods were only used for water and sanitation works, their application extended over time to gas, thermal, electric or fiber optics. Diameters of our pipes can reach up to 2500 mm.
Video inspection is a diagnostic solution that ACVATOT proposes to check network status. Made with a remote video camera, this technique allows you to identify network operating abnormalities: corrosion, leakage, cracks, infiltration, clogging. Through this method, the pipeline is diagnosed, a feasibility check before starting rehabilitation works or checking new works.
Hydraulic cleaning is a technology applied to remove deposits from the network using a pressurized water jet. The special cleaning heads are adapted to the particularities of the work to be done: the diameters of the network, the degree of clogging. ACVATOT provides cleaning of sewerage networks with diameters between 50 mm and 1,600 mm, including their mechanical softening and cleaning, as well as cleaning and vacuuming decanters, vats, tanks or septic tanks.
