- 1991The company ACVATOT SRL was established having as object the execution of water and sewage works for public and private clients.
- 2000was taken over by the French group SADE - CGTH, a company with tradition in the design, construction and maintenance of networks, which recently completed 100 years of existence. ACVATOT has been capitalized and developed as a subsidiary in Eastern Europe, benefiting from the experience and guidance of its parent company.
- 2003acquires notoriety among clients and competition, through important works of expansion and rehabilitation of water and sewerage networks in the country and in Bucharest.
- 2005ACVATOT diversifies its activity in the field of gas and heating networks.
- 2007 develops its activity and opens branches in its territory: Ploiesti, Oradea, Timisoara and Constanta.
- 2008ACVATOT diversifies its activity with diagnostics and cleaning and network maintenance services. In the same period, it begins to execute networks using no-cut technologies: guided drilling, pipe jacking. si de curatare si intretinere retele. - 2012the activity in the renewable energy sector, respectively of wind farms, is expanding.
- 2013 with the change of the logo, adopt the experience of the projects executed with European funds.
- 2017the company's management changes and ACVATOT increases its turnover by over 50% by the end of 2018
